Aire Serv and Mr. Rooter Plumbing are actively seeking a local digital assistant to assist with day-to-day digital marketing strategies.

As a digital marketing assistant for the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Plumbing industry, your role would involve working with our digital marketing partners by leveraging various online marketing strategies and tactics to promote HVAC and plumbing products and services, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness. Here are some key areas you would focus on:

  1. Website Optimization: Assist our digital marketing partners by Ensuring that the company's website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines. Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the site.
  2. Content Marketing: Work directly with our digital marketing partners to develop informative and engaging content such as blog posts, articles, and guides related to HVAC systems, energy efficiency, maintenance tips, plumbing, and more. Share this content on the company's website, social media platforms, and other relevant industry websites to establish the company as a thought leader.
  3. Pay-Per-Click Advertising: Assist our digital marketing partners with creating and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads or Bing Ads to target specific keywords and geographic locations. Use compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to drive conversions, such as requesting a quote or scheduling service appointments.
  4. Social Media Marketing: Utilize social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to engage with the target audience. Share informative posts, customer testimonials, project photos, and special offers. Use targeted advertising options to reach potential customers based on demographics, interests, and location.
  5. Email Marketing: Develop an email marketing strategy to nurture leads, maintain customer relationships, and promote HVAC services and offers. Segment your email list based on factors such as interests, location, or previous purchases to deliver personalized content.
  6. Online Reviews and Reputation Management: Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, or industry-specific websites. Monitor and respond promptly to both positive and negative reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
  7. Video Marketing: Create engaging videos showcasing HVAC installations, maintenance tips, and customer testimonials. Publish these videos on YouTube, social media platforms, and the company's website to attract and engage viewers.
  8. Local SEO: Work with our digital marketing partners to optimize the company's online presence for local searches and ensure accurate contact information, business hours, and customer reviews.
  9. Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website performance, monitor campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions. Generate regular reports to assess key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  10. Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing for the HVAC industry. Attend relevant webinars, conferences, and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) is a must.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed. Some weekends may be required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
