YOUR DAY
As a Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you'll begin by coordinating and providing program services under the guidance of the Regional Clinic Director. Your duties will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of direct services. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care involving staff training, mentorship, and RBT supervision. Your analytical skills will shine as you collect and graph behavioral data, crafting detailed behavior support plans.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We require:
- A BCBA license
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention programs
- Analytical skills in collecting and graphing behavioral data
- Dedication to maintaining compliance with all agency policies and procedures
- Childcare experience
