How you will make an impact:

You will keep things running smoothly by making sure dishes are turned over quickly so that we can use them for the next catering event.

  • Scrape, rinse, and load dishes in the commercial grade dishwasher.
  • Manually wash large pots and pans, including scrubbing off stuck on debris.
  • Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly.
  • Sanitize and wipe down dish room and kitchen food prep stations.
  • Clean break room after lunch by bringing back food to kitchen and wiping down tables and counters.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen, cold room, dish room, and break room.
  • Clean hood vents, speed racks, and dish machine.
  • Clean out cres cors, trash cans, and hot bags/hot cubes.
  • Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease.
  • Work as an additional kitchen staff support as needed or when there is down time.

What you bring to the table:

  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work while standing up for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Commitment to food safety procedures and safety guidelines
  • Have open availability Thursday-Monday (Weekend availability is a must!)

  • $15-16/hr depending on experience
  • Paid holidays and 96 hours of PTO (Full-Time only)
