Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing accounts payable using AccountMate software and Excel
- Handling accounts payable in an organized manner
- Analyzing workflow processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships
- Ensuring bills are paid promptly and accurately
- Processing due invoices for payment in a timely fashion
- Reconciling accounts
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with AccountMate software and spreadsheets
- Close attention to detail while ensuring accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
