Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend the requirements of the project or job to meet customer demands effectively.
  • Understand the intricacies of the supply chain and explore alternative supplier options to accurately determine product lead times.
  • Develop and implement standardized estimating procedures, ensuring the completion of proper documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, workshop, and Project Manager (PM) to guarantee the accurate, complete, functional, and visually appealing delivery of the end product.
  • Travel to job sites or customer locations as necessary to understand customer needs. Provide valuable input during visits to enhance project outcomes.
  • Perform additional related duties as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of experience in panel building, design, process control, PLC systems and hardware, machine control & motor control systems (including AC and DC drives), and servo systems.
  • Understanding of electricity, relay logic, schematic, and control systems.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the integration of PLC systems and hardware, machine control & motor control systems (including AC and DC drives), and servo systems.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of safety classifications and their impact within a project.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation in one or more of the following industries: industrial manufacturing, beverage/bottling process, dairy & whey process, wastewater treatment, and/or material conveying processes.
