Client near Bakersfield, CA is seeking an administrative assistant. Individual will be responsible for answering phones, administrative work, accounting data entry, accounts receivable, proficient in QuickBooks, greeting visitors, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, coordinate events, maintain office equipment, organize office activities, route calls to appropriate people. Ability to take initiative and identify work priorities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred and ability to write professional letters and emails. Must have strong attention to detail.
