Part-Time Front Desk Greeter ($20/hr)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as needed
  • Help with registration strategies, such as distributing guest identifications or student ID cards
  • Help with managerial errands, like booking arrangements, overseeing mail, and taking care of deliveries
  • Handle private data with discretion and keep a high level of professionalism

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-3yrs experience in the related field
  • Previous experience in visitor services, customer service, or a related role is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
