Hair Stylist

This is an Amazing opportunity for a Hairstylist to start their own business at Satori Salon Spa in Kailua by joining our team as an independent contractor or renting a space. This full time position has the potential to start at $75k for individuals with 2-4 years of experience and $100k-$125k with 5-10+ years of experience.

As a Hairstylist, your day-to-day tasks will include providing a wide range of hair care services to clients, such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair. You will also be responsible for recommending and selling hair care products to clients, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications:
- Valid hairstylist license or certification
- Proven experience and expertise in various hair cutting and styling techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Knowledge of hair care products and their uses
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment (very important)
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
