Medical Assistant

Certified Medical Assistant needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Sacramento, CA!
Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Externship Completion required
• CPR Certification required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide patient care through the efficient rooming of patients.
• Exhibiting good communication with patients and other staff.
• Performing medical procedures.
• Providing patient education, follow-up care instructions, and completing daily documentation.
• Perform other duties as required in Medical Assistant scope.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School diploma or equivalent. 
• Completion of all requirements in a recognized Medical Assistant training program in California.
• CA Medical Certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy Certification strongly preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills required.
• Excellent professional skills (On Time, Team Oriented, and Analytical) required.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Data Entry, Electronic Health Record System
