Seasonal Billing Clerk

Position Purpose: This seasonal position is responsible for creating orders, entering loads, scanning and indexing of freight bills for the Antonini Companies at their Modesto offices under the direction of experienced personnel

Essential Functions, including but not limited to:

·         Create orders in our transportation management system (TMS) software

·         Enter loads associated with each order

·         Review, match, scan and attach supporting paperwork within TMS

·         Communicate with drivers as needed to gather information

·         Complete work accurately and in a timely manner

·         Perform other duties as required

Experience:

·         Two years minimum data entry experience, preferably within the transportation industry

·         Experience using TruckMate software preferred but not required

Expected Duration and Hours of Work:

·         This is a full-time position that will be staffed for the duration of our agricultural hauling season, typically July through October. Position may need to work overtime, including six days per week during busiest times.
