Requirements:

● Active MA CNA License or MA HHA Certificate

● Minimum of 6 months of experience

● Physical exam within the past 12 months

● PPD within the past 24 months (OR chest x-ray within the past 5 years)

● Full Covid-19 Vaccination

● Valid and current driver's license

● Access to reliable vehicle preferred

● Proof of vehicle insurance policy
