Experienced Residential Electrician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced residential electrician as the newest member of our growing team, someone who has the right skills and the right personality to become part of our customer service driven culture.

The person we are looking for is an experienced electrician with a background in residential electric service work. They possess a positive, enthusiastic and fun approach to customer service, and they are ready to be part of an incredible and growing team. You will diagnose and repair electrical systems and lead customers to make informed and confident buying decisions.

Key job responsibilities will include:

• Complete all general electrical services calls
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and clean, well-inventoried truck
• Participate in training exercises and continuing education allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Maintain communication with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards and (mostly digital) paperwork

The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:

• Experienced electrician with knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to make on-the-job application
• Clean, safe driving record
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Extremely high integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
• Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today
