Position: Certified Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Palm Desert, and surrounding areas

Senior Doc, a leading provider of Mobile Primary Care and Geriatric House Call services, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our esteemed team. Our Providers deliver personalized care to seniors in the comfort of their homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Founded by Dr. Geiss in 2014, Senior Doc has grown to serve 380 senior living communities each month across three states, establishing a strong reputation for exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for elderly patients.

· Perform routine medical procedures and provide ongoing management of chronic conditions.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

· Utilize excellent communication skills to establish rapport with patients and families.

Qualifications:

· Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) required.

· Experience in geriatric care preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

· Valid state licensure and DEA registration.

· Strong commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Benefits and Compensation:

· Competitive salary range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year.
