Customer Service Representative

We are looking to add a Customer Service Representatives to join a company focused on providing high quality premium supplements, healthy lifestyle products and consulting services. In this position, you will assist customers with product questions/problems, order inquiries/placing orders, and other customer related questions. This an amazing opportunity for someone that would like to avoid traffic and shorten their commute! Offers ton of room for growth! 

Duties include:

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording and updating account information
• Place order via Phone, Mail, E-mail, or chat.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Via all service channels (case, email, mail, chat, and phone)
• Informs customers of any pertinent company policies.
• Educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts.
• Document all interactions in CRM/database software.
• Fill out appropriate forms including escalation issues
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Builds relationship with customer base.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Utilizes customer service skills to maintain the appropriate call length as well as the proper rapport with customers.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay: $18

Schedule: During the week will be four ten hour shifts 12pm -9pm. Must be able to work rotating weekends, 8 hour Saturday shift.
