Job Description
Sweet Citrus Acres, Crystal River, FL, is seeking Guest Services Specialist. This position is responsible for providing high-level customer service to resort guests. Primary duties include assisting guests with reservations, answering guests' questions, and coordinating services with other departments. The desired candidate will have attention to detail and a warm welcoming demeanor.
Essential Job Duties
Assists guests with reservations and check-outs.
Processes current and future reservations, departures, and payments.
Supports resort guests with front desk services that include answering guest questions, addressing guest housekeeping and maintenance requests, and handling of guest mail and packages.
Requirements
2 years of Guest Services experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance
Computer proficiency, including the internet, Google suite
Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
