Searching for a maintenance supervisor that can provide leadership to the maintenance department and lead maintenance trainings. Individual may be responsible for routinely inspecting maintenance facilities to identify any issues. In addition, the individual may be responsible for ensuring compliance, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that quality standards are met. Individual may work to ensure that projects are completed as scheduled and may need to oversee all repairs to ensure work is completed on time. The ideal candidate has about 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role.
