Job DescriptionCompany Description
Talento Search Group has an opening for a Lead Maintenance Technician in the Alabaster, Alabama area. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $33-35 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
Program controllers
Troubleshoot AC/DC high and low voltage electricity
Repair plumbing and pneumatics
Clean and adjust air tools and power tools
Perform preventive maintenance
Fabricate parts
Experience Needed:
At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
Industrial Maintenance Degree or Certifications are preferred
Strong electrical troubleshooting experience including PLC's
Strong mechanical skill-sets including pneumatics and hydraulics
Experience with manual lathes, manual mills, and CNC equipment is preferred
Experience with basic wire welding is preferred
Ability to work overtime as needed
