Stainless Steel Fabricator/Grinder/Polisher/Tig Welder

We are seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Fabricator/Grinder/Polisher/Tig Welder to become an integral part of our team immediately!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities as a Stainless Steel TIG Welder/Fabricator/Polisher

• Interpret blueprints, drawings and assembly instructions with minimal guidance.
• Competently layout and weld as per drawings etc.
• MUST be able to read a tape measure to the 1/16", NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Grinding, Blending, Polishing & Shaping of Stainless Steel to acceptable uniform finish.
• Is proficient at utilizing and maintaining welding equipment including TIG/MIG welders.
• Assembles per accepted safety, quality and productivity standards and protocols.
• Observes ALL safety rules & wears proper PPE at all times.
• Maintains his/her work area and tools in an orderly manner daily.
• Other duties as assigned by upper management.

Technical Proficiencies and Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• At least two years of experience in fabrication role.
• 2+ years of experience (or comparable ability) of TIG welding carbon steel and stainless steel REQUIRED.
• Ability to comprehend blueprints with minimal guidance.
• Physical ability to lift 50-75 pounds or more safely.
• Candidate with all the abilities mentioned above that also possess supervisory & leadership skills have potential to earn even more.

The climate-controlled work environment described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions at this job. The noise level and exposure to physical risk that may be experienced are typical of those found in a normal manufacturing environment.

Normal business hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, Overtime & Saturdays as needed.

All Employees MUST wear work boots, pants, & tape measure every day.
