Seeking pick up from outpatient medical procedure near Mineola/New Hyde Park area for myself in my 80s. You'll be responsible for pickup and transportation to home in Oakland Gardens from outpatient medical appointment. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. There is a possibility that I may require transportation to be dropped off at the outpatient medical procedure facility, but this is not yet definite. I definitely would need pickup from medical facility and transportation home to Oakland Gardens. Date of procedure not yet firm.
