As a Sales Gallery Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the Sales Gallery Team by teaching and training them to provide outstanding service to both our internal and external clients. Serve as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing Departments to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of service to both internal and external clients prior to, during and after the sales presentations.

  • Develops and implements policies and procedures for the Gifting, Front Desk and Kitchen Teams.
  • Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and staffing of the Sales Gallery Teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Sales Gallery Coordinators are stocking the Pre Packs daily.
  • Ensures that exceptional customer service standards are practiced, and scripts are followed by the Sales Gallery Teams.
  • Respond to customer complaints as necessary.
  • Responsible Managing and maintaining the Premium Inventory.
  • Responsible for Petty Cash management.
  • Ensures the leads are performing their opening and closing duties accurately.
  • Performs all Sales Gallery Lead duties and Sales Gallery Coordinator Duties as needed.
  • Support all Month End Close days.
  • Available to work nights, holidays and weekends.
