Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Registered Nurse - Full-time

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 22 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.

Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN

Ratios: 1:4 Tele, 1:5 Med/Surg

Weekend Req: Yes Every Other

All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by – yes

BLS Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable.

36hr or 48hr option.

Scrub Color: Any Color;

RTO Restrictions: No

RTO - 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved. Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO. *Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

Return Staff Policy - 3 months between perm and travel
