A hospital located in Winamac, IN is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team full-time!Check out the details below:

Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Long Term Care
Location: Winamac, IN
Schedule: Full-time (2) 12-hour shifts 6p-6a and (2) 8-hour shifts 10p-6a. Every other weekend rotation.
Pay: Starts at $30/hour and goes up based on experience, plus shift diff and full benefits!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The LPN administers prescribed medication, operates medical equipment, and monitor patient status, records patient information in medical records, assists physician with examinations and administer treatments, coordinates care needs with physicians and other health care team members.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of an accredited nursing program
-Active and clean LPN license
