Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in New Hampshire. As an SLPA, you will work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to support the communication needs of our diverse student population, ranging from 3 to 22 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans and interventions.
• Conduct speech and language screenings under the supervision of licensed professionals.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students as directed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided.
• Support classroom teachers and staff in implementing communication strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• SLPA certification from an accredited program.
• State licensure in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain).
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
