Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a contracted basis in Bakersfield, MO. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, empowering them to achieve their full potential in communication and learning.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' goals and abilities.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and integration into the classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
