Junior Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets

• Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely

• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements

• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance activities

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information

• Assist with financial analysis and forecasting as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
