Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:1 sessions

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team onsite in California. The successful candidate will work closely with behaviorally challenged children, providing one-on-one support under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position offers an immediate start and guaranteed hours until June.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Conduct 1:1 sessions with children to address behavioral goals.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with behaviorally challenged children preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow direction from the BCBA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
