Position Overview: Blazerworks is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Paraeducators in Marlette, MI. As a Paraeducator, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide assistance to students with diverse learning needs. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instructional support to students under the guidance of certified teachers.
• Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with academic tasks, including reading, writing, math, and other subject areas.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to all school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with students in a school or educational setting (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and meet all state and district requirements for employment.
