$18 hourly + shift differential hourly

• Administer medications safely and effectively under the guidance of a licensed nurse, ensuring the well-being of residents.
• Oversee direct care staff members to maintain high standards of patient care and support within the facility.
• Be prepared to promptly respond to any emergencies that may arise during the night shift.
• Engage in professional and compassionate communication with residents, families, and vendors.
• Maintain strict compliance with both VA state regulations and company policies at all times.
• Provide hands-on assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, toileting, and dressing to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.

• To be considered for this position, applicants must have a valid US work authorization.
• Previous experience in working at an assisted living facility is a mandatory requirement.
• The candidate must hold certification as a Registered Medication Aid (RMA).
• Proficiency in medication software and protocols is a prerequisite for this role.
• Essential qualities include the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
