Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with students.
• Collect data and monitor progress towards individual goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Valid CA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Passion for working with children and adolescents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting.
• Previous experience in behavior therapy is preferred.
