Schools - Paraprofessional

ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational and healthcare staffing services, is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to join our team in Craig, CO. As a contracted Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students within the school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to address the unique needs of each student.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or caregiving setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College coursework in education or related field.
• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Teacher Assistant.

• Location: Craig, CO
• Contract Type: Temporary/Contracted by ProCare Therapy
• Hours: Full-time or part-time availability
