Paraprofessional

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Paraprofessionals for full-time positions within school districts located in the Reserve, LA area for the upcoming school year. Candidates must meet all local and state requirements outlined below to be considered for this opportunity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Paraprofessional training program or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience working as a Paraprofessional in a school or educational setting is preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet all educational and licensing requirements as mandated by the state.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and clerical support to classroom teachers.
• Assist in the implementation of lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Support students with special needs or accommodations as directed by the teacher.
• Assist in classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
