Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced DATA ENTRY CLERK for our client, an incredible NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION in SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA!
Scion Staffing is seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk for immediate hire! This incredible role offers the opportunity to work with an amazing team while making an impact in the organizations continued development! This role has great potential for career advancement. It is part-time (24 hours weekly) and on-site.Â
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will adhere to all privacy (HIPAA) and compliance expectations.
- Meet weekly with management to provide operational updates
- Reviews data from a variety of sources, including paper charts, forms, and electronic database
- Enters / transfers data from various sources into electronic databases.
- Performs periodic quality assurance of data entry under the guidance of program staff.
- Respond to data correction / data cleaning on a regular basis.
- May perform additional administrative tasks as instructed, including faxing, filing, preparation/maintenance of data reports.
- If needed, will provide training to other volunteers or staff on data entry tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships
- In depth knowledge of data base systems
- Impeccable attention to detail
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This opportunity provides a starting hourly pay of $25.00.
