Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Special Education

Overview: We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team serving the unique needs of Special Education students in Missouri. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of 50-60 students per caseload, providing vital speech and language services to support their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized speech and language treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Missouri state license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
• Experience working with Special Education students preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to manage a caseload of 50-60 students effectively
