Registered Behavior Technician Position - Eagle, CO

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time contract position in Eagle, CO. This school-based role requires adherence to all local and state regulations, and we are looking for individuals with a strong background in working with special education students and families.

Requirements:

• Must hold current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred
• Must meet all requirements set forth by local and state regulations

Job Duties:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or other qualified professionals
• Provide direct one-on-one or small group instruction to students
• Collect data on student behavior and progress towards goals
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and behavior strategies
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student performance and interventions
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
• Adhere to all ethical and professional standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and other relevant organizations
