Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Schedule: 8:10 am - 3:10 pm

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a full-time contract position in New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with preschool-aged children with significant needs, including those who are non-verbal and on the autism spectrum. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these children by providing one-on-one support while also integrating into the classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to preschool-aged children with significant needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate behavioral interventions into the classroom setting.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Assist in the development of social, communication, and life skills for each child.
• Support the inclusion of children in morning classroom activities with peers.
• Work one-on-one with children during specialized afternoon programs.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
