Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: New Hampshire (NH)
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Schedule: 8:10 am - 3:10 pm
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a full-time contract position in New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with preschool-aged children with significant needs, including those who are non-verbal and on the autism spectrum. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these children by providing one-on-one support while also integrating into the classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to preschool-aged children with significant needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate behavioral interventions into the classroom setting.
- Implement individualized behavior plans and interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Assist in the development of social, communication, and life skills for each child.
- Support the inclusion of children in morning classroom activities with peers.
- Work one-on-one with children during specialized afternoon programs.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
