Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

Schedule: Monday to Thursday (4-day school week), 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Caseload: 30 students

Salary: Starting at $43 per hour

Overview: We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for an exciting opportunity in two school settings within Colorado. This position offers a fulfilling caseload of 30 students, split between elementary and secondary schools, providing a diverse and engaging work environment. The successful candidate will supervise a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who will also assist in delivering exceptional services to our students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals.
• Supervise and mentor the SLPA, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Colorado state license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
