Currently working with a client in Fremont who has a Front Office Position!!
Hours: M-F 8am - 4:30pm
Pay will depend on experience
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Completing Invoices for Sales orders
- Process customer credit card and cash payments
- Maintaining general CRM
Requirements:
- Past Office experience
- Knowledge of Sage (Peachtree) is helpful
- Experience with QuickBooks is helpful
- Good Customer Service
- Personable skills
