Janitor Needed in North Seattle $21-$23/hr - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary: North Seattle Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Janitor who is driven to learn new skills and grow within this work field! 

Duties:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting
• Handling Trash/Recycle and maintaining the courtyard appearance by raking, cleaning gutters, and picking up trash
• Interacting with residents when passing by
• Maintaining a pool, changing light bulbs, and small paint touch ups

Requirements:

• Flexibility with schedule (days/times) when coverage is needed
• Ability to consistently lift 50lbs, bend, and walk up and down stairs
• Desire to grow within the company and learn new skills along the way
• Comfortability working in different weather conditions and reliable transportation

Pay: $21-$23/hr

Schedule:

• Part-time 20-25 hours
• Monday – Friday Day Shift
