About this job

Description:

In this role you will:

• Support Small Business Credit Card customers in a contact center environment.

• Perform moderately complex research in order to resolve more complex customer issues, which may involve communicating with internal partners in the effort to address the customer's questions.

• Receive direction from management and escalate non-routine questions when answering inquiries or resolving issues while providing a best-in-class customer experience.

• Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations while achieving goals in a production-based environment.

  • Will be 30-50 calls on average (30 on lighter day, 50 on higher volume day).

Location: Charlotte, NC - on-site

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management.

• Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues.

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.

• Knowledge and understanding of credit card products, policies, and procedures; within a call center environment.

• Ability to work effectively in structured but flexible, adaptable, and changing, call center environment.

• Good analytical skills

• Call Center/Phone experience

Experience Level: Intermediate Level

Prior call center experience is highly preferred - candidates with this experience will be a quick hire
