Medical Billing Specialist - Now Hiring

TEKsystems has teamed up with a health care company in the Rochester area

looking for talented individuals with healthcare and healthcare billing experience!

Description:

Responsible for reviewing and preparing invoices

Reconcile billing by identifying outstanding balances and assessing unpaid claims

Expedite the billing process to ensure timely payment

Research denials and resubmit claims

Conduct billing audits as needed for the pharmacy billing

Submit claims to payers and billing patients for their portion that is owed

Follow HIPPA regulations

Document and update all customer information in the computer system

Skills:

Medical billing

Claims processing

Insurance billing

Pharmacy experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of medical billing, insurance billing, pharmacy experience.

Great computer skills (very important)

Pharmacy Technician experience preferred but not required.

Experience with Excel

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
