Accounts Payable Assistant - $19/hr

LC Staffing is assisting a leading Missoula Construction company hire an Accounts Payable Assistant. This position is temporary for 3-6 months.   

Location: 

• Missoula, MT (In person position) 

Wage: 

• $19 per hour

Schedule: 

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 40 hours a week 

Job Duties:

• Maintain office forms and procedures, and assist with administrative tasks
• Answer the central telephone system and direct calls accordingly
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before entry
• Operate photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
• Communicates between corporate and branch accounts payable departments
• AP invoice entry
• Credit card entry
• Assembles and processes overnight shipments to branches
• Assists in monthly closings
• Assists with front desk tasks when required

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10 Key entries
• Experience using office equipment such as phones, photocopiers, and fax machines 
• Proficient in communication and time management
• Lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
