Quality Assurance/Shipping Associate needed ASAP! - Full-time

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Inspector for placement with an Austin-based airplane part supplier company. You will be a key member of the Warehouse department and will be responsible for carefully inspecting parts to ensure they meet all company standards.

Pay: $20.00 to $22/HR

Location: North Austin, TX

Schedule: Mon - Friday 8am to 5pm with overtime available 

Responsibilities:

Perform visual inspection of parts to certify quality and adherence to specifications
Inspect and analyze models or new parts
Process shipments of ingoing and outgoing parts
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Evaluate parts against standards by reviewing blueprints and schematics
Always adhere to safety standards
Maintain records of shipments and inventory
Provide support to the rest of the team in all quality matters

Qualifications:

Experience working in Quality Assurance
Good manual dexterity
Great computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Proven ability to read and understand blueprints/schematics
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
