As a Senior Salesforce Developer at WayPath, your job might seem straightforward. Write some code, test it, debug it, and start again. While that's part of it, that's just the beginning, our Developers are also consultants. They partner with client stakeholders, agile project teams, and end users to understand desired features and functionality so that they can develop the highest-quality technical solution.
Requirements:Desired Skills & Experience
While we believe that skills can be developed over time, we need our Salesforce Developers to have most of these skills on day one:
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions
- Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment
- Document operational procedures
- Be able to train end users
- Engage in declarative development (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Experience Cloud Sites, etc.) and configuration of AppExchange Apps
- Be familiar with front end technologies such as Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components
- Design reusable and reliable Apex code following best practices
- Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data, as needed.
- Know integrations involving SOAP and REST
