We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities nationwide. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an important cause while gaining valuable experience in HR operations within the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including completing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training sessions as needed.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and time off.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
