Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a machine shop in Wayland, MI who is looking to hire a Project Manager to oversee the custom CNC Milling department. Candidates must posses a strong aptitude to manufacturing and a plus if you have experience in government contracting/information security.
Project Manager Benefits

Project Manager Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, removing plaque, and applying fluoride treatments.
- Directs RFQ’s to engineering for processing.
- Assists sales with follow ups to quotes.
- Reviews customer purchase orders and requirements. Advise executive team on requirements prior to PO approvals.
- Defines job travelers.
- Coordinates and leads initial job kick off process.
- Reviews the bill of materials. Evaluates quotes and vendors. Generates purchase requisitions.
- Initiates and manages outsource services.
- Communicates written and verbal timing reports to clients.
- Organizes and manages quality inspection process and outsource services.
- Prepares quality packages, as compared to customer requirements.
- Approves items for shipment to confirm all quality and financial matters are completely addressed.
- Any other delegated activities
Project Manager Qualifications
- Experience with CAD
- Experience with Excel
- Project Management experience
- Team player / “go getter” mindset
- Willing to train some areas for the right candidate
