PAMHC is seeking a full-time Chief Program Officer for Clinical Services. Location for position is negotiable with a hybrid of virtual and PAMHC office based. Periodic travel to all locations is required. Position is full time 40 hours per week with occasional additional hours required as needed.
Pay Range:
$82,000 to $95,000 depending on experience

Position Summary:
Responsible for optimal utilization of clinical continuum of care by developing and maintaining exceptional clinical programs including psychotherapy, crisis, and assertive community treatment, and referral relations. Develop, plan, and implement strategies for program continuation and growth and adherence to quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (M. A.) or higher with full licensure required; LISW, LMHC, LMFT; with a minimum of three (3) years of progressive management experience.
- Experience in providing direct services to individuals in an outpatient, community based and/or inpatient settings
- Practical experience using Electronic Medical Records
- Experience with rapid cycle change to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Supervision experience
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Boards of Directors, Governance Boards, and other key stakeholder committees, a plus
- Direct knowledge of integrated care models, a plus
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
