We are seeking experienced and motivated Parts Advisors to be responsible for our Retail, Technician counters and incoming Wholesale / Retail calls offering the highest levels of service.

Responsibilities

Supply BMW parts and accessories over the retail counter, through the technician counter, on the phone and to meet all client needs.

Ensures appropriate stock and inventory of parts and accessories.

Promotes BMW standards for superior client, employee, and BMW of Ridgefield management.

Attend and successfully complete BMW factory training as required by BMWNA or BMW of Ridgefield. Keep abreast of BMW Parts Bulletins.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Parts experience a must, 2-3 years counter time.

Must work well with others, team oriented and comfortable working in a very busy parts department.
BMW experience extremely helpful but not required.

CDK experience helpful but not required.
