Night Manager

My Place Child Care & School Age Center is looking for a Night Manager for our program. Hours for this position are approximately 1:00pm to 9:00 pm. Open availability is preferred as you may be requested to work different shifts occasionally. The night manager helps to ensure a safe, caring environment for our children and families. The Night Manager is expected to communicate regularly with children, parents and other staff members to meet the needs of all of the children in our care.

The night manager is expected to prioritize the well-being of the children and operations of the building, help families and assist teachers while balancing their managerial tasks. Night managers will be expected to step in to classrooms as a teacher for various age groups, follow licensing rules, making/following up on referrals for children in our care, maintain records for various parts of the program, drive a bus for school pick up and field trips, assist in cleaning the building daily and will be responsible for closing the building.
