ELECTRIC ASSEMBLER
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ABOUT THE JOB
- Proficient reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Ability to bend and install conduit.
- Experience with NEC (National Electric Code) understands wire size, conduit runs, and electrical load.
- Pulling wire, wire circuits, 4-way switches
- Works with 208 and 480 electrical panels
- Electrical integration experience with transformers
- Connecting and integrating 3 phase motors
- Ability to perform electrical tests for continuity.
- Demonstrate ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required)
- Required to follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Ability to lift and maneuverer components a minimum of 50 lbs.
REQUIREMENTS
- The minimum age requirement is 18 years.
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of on-the-job experience in related field or industry
- Attended trade school or completed program.
- Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Stand and/or walk most shifts, plus ability to bend, squat, lift (up to fifty pounds), push, pull, reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Demonstrated exemplary attendance and work habits.
- Effective communication skills
- Pass background check and drug test
