Commercial HVAC - Orlando/Tampa

Kalos Services is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing various HVAC systems, including split AC systems, RTU (Roof-Top Unit) systems, and small refrigeration units. • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on split AC systems, RTU systems, and small refrigeration units.
• Install new HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
• Perform system upgrades and modifications as required to improve performance and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients to explain technical issues, present options, and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet service goals.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and their installation, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Familiarity with refrigeration principles, electrical circuits, and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to resolve technical problems.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and supporting their efforts.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the Central Florida region including Tampa, FL.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5PM Need Flexibility for on call and finish. 40-60 hrs/week

Job Type: Full-time

Technician compensation: Based on skill level $16.00 - $30.00/Hr

License/Certification:
